Always Be Mine

OK, girls, quick post today! We're getting up at 4:50 am to be ready to leave the room at 5:15 am to be on post at 5:50 am for a 6:00 am jog. Yeah, am I ready for this? Um, Captain America bought me a new jogging outfit yesterday, so I guess I am - LMBO!!! It's really cute :) Black and purple. hehehe. There's 160 ish guys in his company, and a lot of them bringing family/friends, and we're all jogging a mile together. Should be pretty impressive. AND, he assured me that they were going slow. OK, is slow to an army stud the same as slow to poor ole me, who took Thanksgiving to Christmas off of exercise and diet? I'm hope I don't die - LOL!

My sweetheart graduates today, and is a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army. Hooah! Ft. Bliss, here we come :) LOL! Be sure to leave him a nice congrats, and I'll pass it along - he reallly did a GREAT job, and I'm SO proud of all of his hard work and sacrifice. Way to go, babe!!!

Here's a quick freebee for ya today. It's a quote from the Movie/Book, Twilight, by Stephanie Meyers. One of my favorite new series, by the way :) This request is from Cara, and I'm sure you can all use it! Click on the image below to go to my box.net account to download the PNG file, and leave some love if you like my work. Thanks!

  9. Congratulations, Brent. My Mom used to live in Las Cruces, NM, and whenever we visited, we flew into El Paso. Interesting area and a COMPLETE 180 from the lush green of Oregon. Brace yourselves!

And thank you, Bethany, for this wonderful WA. I'm a fan of the Twilight series too. Have you read her "adult" fiction (as opposed to teen-oriented,) The Host? It's WUNNERFUL! Highly recommend it.

Peace & Blessings for a beautiful day.

  10. Congrats Brent and Family!!! I lived in Texas when my dad was in the Air Force. Hot, muggy, buggy...but full of memories! As a mom and wife I can only imagine what a struggle and blessing this has been for you and your family. I feel like I know you from reading your blog and that we are the best of friends (even though you don't know me!)

  17. Congratulations Brent and to you also, Bethany! Your accomplishments with five children are definitely a team effort! I just found your wonderful blog a few days ago and totally LOVE your word art. You are a GREAT designer. I've been reading and downloading sort of backwards and will do an auto feed of your blog so I can keep up with you. I'm a new digi-scrapper since August and a new blogger too and hope to learn how to design my own things eventually. I'm hooked! First hobby I've had that doesn't take up mega room! Ha! Must tell you that you both look fabulous and healthy, so that diet you did was the bomb! Love seeing all your photos and the way your blog is so energetic! Thanks so much for your splendid artwork! Hope you enjoy Texas! Within my family we've covered all branches of the military! Thank you both for serving!!

  21. Wow, congratulations to your hubby, that's fantastic. What an achievement. I also am a huge fan of Twilight, and am seriously obsessed. I read the whole series in 4 days (and didn't do much else but read!) and I can't get enough. I even read the partial manuscipt on the Stephanie Meyer website that is written from Edwards point of view. So thanks so much for todays word art, and feel free to do more!!! I LOVE TWILIGHT!!
