Whispered Heart

OK, I had to share a few pics that I scrapped from our day yesterday. How cool are these! I just love family pictures :) This one is from the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center. It was pretty neat. There were 2 bus loads of school kids there at the same time as us, so it was pretty crazy! But the kids had fun looking at the replica boat, and visiting the fort. Pretty cool stuff!

Then, we headed over the river to the Arch. That was awesome. I'd only ever driven by it, but seeing it up close was AWESOME! It's so huge! Very impressive. And under the arch, there's a huge museum. Who knew? It's the Museum of Westward Expansion, and has all sorts of great things inside. We had a good time taking pictures of EVERYTHING! Here's a few pages from us outside on the Arch grounds.

Then, we drove into the city and saw Busch Stadium, where the Cardinals play, and the Scottrade Center, where the Blues play, and the Edwards Jones Dome, where the Rams play. Can you tell that someone in the family is into sports? hehehehe. And check out all of our Cardinals shirts. We bought a different one for each of us. Amazing that Wal-mart had that many different choices, eh? We figured we'd save a ton of money buying them there instead of from a touristy place! Aren't we cute :)

We're gonna be heading back to Ohio today, making the LONG DRIVE with a car full of tired kids. But, we're gonna be listening to the 2nd book in our book on CD. I must say, it sure helps the time go by! I would highly recommend it. We're listening to "The Golden Compass", which, I think, is a great story. I was initially scared off, because of all of the bad press about it being "anti-religion". I must say, I didn't see it in there. If by anti-religion, they mean anti-corrupt evil organization, then yeah, it is. But who isn't? That's not what my religion is, and I doubt it's what yours is either :) Anyway, enough about that :)

So, here's the WordArt for today. It's a suggestion from Colette. Isn't it a great quote! Love it :) Hope you all like it. Click on the WordArt below to download, and leave some love if you like my work.

Ooooh you've brought back some memories here, many many years ago on a trip to the US I went to the Gateway Arch and rode to the top. It was magnificent. Even now I show people pictures and they can't believe you could actually be up in the top.

Thanks for the wordart, it's all just so brilliant.
